The staff here are incredibly kind and very helpful, the room is perfectly clean with storage and a terrace making it great for a business trip, and the bed is comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Hotel was great just what we needed after 2 days of travelling. Very comfortable and a kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The beds were confortable and the rooms very clean.

It was in a convenient location, just right out of the metro stop Jean Jaurès. The people were friendly at check in. The price was good for what you get. It was very nice for me and my kids to have the kitchenette. I would stay here again.

Close to subway and supermarket. Space of a suite. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Frederica.
No place to hang towels or put things in the bath room. Sensor light in the garage goes too fast. Had very difficult time to find the elevator in the dark.

The room was plenty big for 4 people.
The first hotel we ever went to in which the front desk was closed for a holiday. Maybe this is normal in Europe or France but never in the USA. This did cause us some inconvenience but nothing too bad. The porch could have had some even cheap plastic furniture instead of being completely bare.

Location and Convenience
The best thing about this place was how close it was to the metro station 🚇. It was super convenient for getting around. the apartment was nicely set up and had really good internet access. It made our stay here even better when we checked in.

very good location. just outside the metro stop- place jean jaures which is the same line from the gare de part dieu station. next to a supermarket simply that sell halal product that is very usefull for us. big room.

Hotel facilities good . The room was spacious and easily accommodated 4 adults. However, not close to centre of Lyon for sightseeing and not easily accessible from train station
